Hopefully, you’ve seen our notices, tweets, and previous Nexus posts regarding our pending transition to an updated set of grant application forms we refer to as FORMS-G. If so, you already know that you must use FORMS-G forms for grant application due dates on or after January 25, 2022 and FORMS-F for due dates on or before January 24, 2022. You might have even started preparing your FORMS-G application. Here are a few updates and tips to help navigate the transition.

Of course, you MUST follow the instructions in your funding opportunity announcement and application guide, but these documents are helpful for those times when you just need a quick reference.

Preparing for Updated Application Forms (FORMS-F)

Although the FORMS-F version of our grant application forms won’t be used until due dates on or after May 25, 2020, preparation for their use is well underway. Whether choosing between FORMS-E and FORMS-F application packages on non-parent FOAs or selecting the appropriate parent announcement, carefully select the correct version for your intended due date.
