Research Misconduct & Detrimental Research Practices Webinar on October 14

Posted

What is research misconduct and what are some detrimental research practices? Research Integrity Officers from the Office of Research Integrity (ORI), HHS and NIH will help answer this question and more at the Research Misconduct & Detrimental Research Practices event on October 14. Join us to discuss Public Health Service (PHS) regulations on handling research misconduct allegations, responsibilities of an institution receiving PHS funds, and red flags that may help to avoid misconduct in research. Experts will explore interpersonal, institutional, and professional responsibilities in the overall ethical conduct of research during presentations, case studies, and discussions with the audience.

Registration is free and includes access for the NIH Grants Conference 2022-2023 season, including monthly PreCon deep dives on select topics, culminating with the 2-day NIH Grants Conference, Feb 1-2, 2023.
