A change of grantee organization may be accomplished under most NIH grants, including construction grants, if certain conditions are met. For details, please see the NIH Grants Policy Statement.
The NIH restricts acceptable post-submission materials to those resulting from unforeseen administrative issues (with exceptions specified for institutional training mechanisms and certain funding opportunity announcements). Corrections of oversights/errors discovered after submission of the application are not allowed.
