The Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv), which serves as an interagency system designed to create biosketches for multiple federal agencies, supports the NIH biosketch format. Within SciENcv, you can easily transform an existing biosketch from one format to another (e.g., old NIH format to new NIH format, NIH format to NSF format).
SciENcv supports the format announced in NOT-OD-21-073 for due dates on or after January 25, 2022. For more frequently asked questions on biosketches, see our FAQ page.

It would be helpful to have some basic information on the SciENcv page (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sciencv/). It’s pretty much useless as such as an inexperienced user will get no clue what this page is about.
