- In a Katz application, is it permissible to cite data from a publicly available database that doesn’t have a DOI?
- A PI hoping to apply for a Katz award has run some simple calculations that support the proposed approach. Acquisition of data was not required for these calculations. Would these fall under the definition of preliminary data?
