For grant applications due on or after January 25, 2022, applicants must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) at the time of application submission, as the federal government transitions from DUNS numbers. Grant applications, Just-in-Time information, and progress reports all require PDF attachments as part of their submissions. Since both people and systems are consumers of the information conveyed through these attachments, we depend on applicants and recipients to follow a set of formatting ground rules that facilitate readability as well as timely and successful system processing.

The simple answer is no. You need to attach quite a few pdf documents to your grant application and some (but not all) are subject to strict page limits.
