Just as the majority of our applications are now received electronically, we are moving towards all electronic post award administration as well. In the coming months, two optional electronic features will become mandatory: eSNAP and xTrain.

If you received an ARRA award on or before June 30, 2010 (whether or not you have spent any money), you will need to file a quarterly report to FederalReporting.gov between July 1 and July 10. Tools are available to assist recipients in completing their reports as accurately and easily as possible.

More than 140 Recovery Act grants will enable the construction and renovation of buildings, laboratories and core facilities across the country. These new facilities will create, sustain and preserve jobs, from the initiation of construction through to the hiring of new biomedical investigators.

In the upcoming months, NIH bibliography management will move from eRA Commons to an NCBI tool called My NCBI. My Bibliography, within My NCBI, has the ability to search for citations in PubMed and automatically populate eRA Commons. For more information on the transfer read on.
