When Should We Submit our New Financial Conflict of Interest Reports?

If you have updated the financial conflict of interest policy on your institution’s website, then you should already be submitting reports that include the new requirements. All institutions must be in compliance with the new requirements by August 24, 2012. We updated the eRA Commons FCOI module so you have a place to put the newly required information.

When you submit your first FCOI report that includes the new requirements, make sure to submit it as “new” in the system. Subsequent annual reports should be submitted at the same time institutions are required to submit the annual progress report.
