New sets of “annotated” grant application forms (SF424 R&R) have been added to the Applying Electronically website. The forms include tips for completing many of the application form fields, including fields that are required by the NIH but are not marked required on the federal-wide forms. Both PDF and text-only versions are available, along with a set of forms targeted to the small business community.
Please remember that the application guide and funding opportunity announcement are your primary sources of information about application submission requirements. The annotated forms can serve as a valuable resource to use in conjunction with these guidance documents to double check your application before submission.
