The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is holding their first Regional Seminar of 2010 April 15-16. The event will also feature an optional electronic Research Administration (eRA) Hands-on Computer Workshop available prior to the seminar on April 14. This seminar has reached attendee capacity and has therefore closed registration. The next opportunity is in Portland, OR, June 23-25, 2010.
The NIH Regional Seminars are held twice each year and are intended to help demystify the application and review process, clarify federal regulations and policies, and highlight current areas of special interest or concern. Throughout the seminar, NIH policy, review, grants management and program staff will interact with seminar participants and provide a broad array of expertise. The seminars and workshop are appropriate for grants administrators, new researchers and graduate students, among others.
