NIH is seeking two Grants Policy Analysts to work with the Office of the Director in the Office of Extramural Research. These analysts will work within the Division of Grants Policy (DGP) to ensure the effective administration of federal policies and regulations governing discretionary grant programs and to provide NIH grants administration policy guidance to NIH extramural staff and grantee organizations.
We are looking for individuals with experience in working with discretionary grants and skills sets that include up-to-date knowledge of Federal policies and regulations governing discretionary grant programs, as well as the ability to analyze the impact of proposed legislation and to recommend courses of action. Candidates must also possess demonstrated writing and speaking skills for the presentation of guidelines and recommendations.
These positions are at the GS-13 and GS-14 level in the Federal Government.
