Grantees use the eRA Commons closeout feature to electronically file the information necessary to complete grant closeout requirements. In addition to the eRA user guide to the closeout features, eRA has created a video tutorial on using Commons to complete necessary closeout reports. The video covers using Commons to initiate the closeout process, access required reports, and using final report additional materials or “FRAM” functions.
