Reminder: Individual Fellowship Applications Should Include the eRA Commons Username of Your Sponsor

Posted

As the December fellowship application date approaches, we’d like to remind you that a valid eRA Commons user name needs to be included for the primary Sponsor designated on competing Individual Fellowship grant applications. As described in the NIH Guide announcement published earlier this year, this requirement facilitates the electronic processing of Individual Fellowship grants to NIH & AHRQ. Failure to properly identify the Sponsor on an application may result in an error preventing successful application submission. (Including the eRA Commons IDs for personnel designated as Co-sponsors remains optional.) For more information, please read NIH Guide notice NOT-OD-14-129.
