The National Institutes of Health (NIH) invites you to be a part of the 2010 Regional Seminar on Program Funding and Grants Administration to be held in Portland, Oregon on June 24-25, with an optional electronic Research Administration (eRA) Hands-on Computer Workshop available prior to the seminar on June 23. The NIH Regional Seminars are held twice each year and are intended to help demystify the application and review process, clarify federal regulations and policies, and highlight current areas of special interest or concern. Throughout the seminar, NIH policy, review, grants management and program staff will interact with seminar participants and provide a broad array of expertise. The seminars and workshop are appropriate for grants administrators, new researchers and graduate students, among others.
